‘Ferrybridge C Power Station ran continuously from 1966 to 2016. Its existence raised the air temperature around the local village by a few degrees. When it was finally switched off, the following winter snow settled on the ground for the first time in 50 years.’

Our interactions and relationships with landscape, both urban and rural, can provide magical experiences if we look.

My work is about investigating the infra ordinary and looking for ways, through painting, sculpture, installation. light and music, of exploring those experiences

  1. Hi Tony,

I’d like to get your permission to use one of your photos (of the trojan horse on fire) for my blog, I’m writing a post on feng shui for 2014. Of course I would credit you and link to your site.

    My blog is freshbynorthwest.com

Thanks for your time and best of luck in 2014,

    Stephanie Stewart

    1. Hi Nick. Not at the moment, I’m afraid but I hope to sort something out soon. Is there a piece you have in mind?
